As we are a new start-up in Pakistan, we provide support services to our customers at our office in Karachi - Pakistan. Every day our team of experienced employees call our customers in the relevant language and provide support services in line with their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
- Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
- Urdu and English campaigns
Requirements:
O Levels/Intermediate or above
- Excellent English and Urdu Written and Verbal Communication
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Must have Sales Experience over the call
- Maintain the call flow and AHT
- Able to use computer and office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills may need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
- Neutral accent
