Qualification:
• BSc Engg. (Preferable) in Telecom, Electrical or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Telecom Company/Vendor/Sub Contractor etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good Knowledge of Telecom Networks / Systems, IP Protocols, Transmission Technologies & optical fiber networks.
• Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
• To be able to engage with potential customers, understand their requirements/use cases, and position appropriate T&M Solutions.
• Telecom Testing Equipment Trainings & related Presentations.
• Provide first contact support to the customers for issues in their Tools operation/troubleshooting and suggest the solutions.
• Visit and survey client's project site for installations and troubleshooting of various telecom systems as and when required.
• Assist the Team Lead in different business support activities like RFP Preps, Technical Evaluations, and all related tasks.
• Preparation of different Reports for review of pre & post-sales activities, Business support, etc.
