Full Stack Developer ( MERN)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications across the entire software development life cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Design and implement scalable and efficient server-side and client-side architecture.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including designers, product managers, and other developers) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack web development and apply them to improve our development process and product offerings.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically working with the MERN stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its libraries and frameworks, including Node.js, React.js, and Express.js.
Experience with database technologies like MongoDB, and proficiency in writing efficient queries and designing schemas.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and code collaboration tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
Understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor in Computer Science or Equivalent
