Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with prospective property buyers and sellers, building rapport and fact finding, establishing how best we can meet their needs
  • Identifying new business sales opportunities to raise valuations 
  • Pro actively nurturing clients until they’re ready to come to market with NG BUILDERS
  • Promoting our brand and supporting existing and new customers, spotting any opportunity to support our customers further with their property selling/buying journey
  • Brand Ambassador; demonstrating a positive and professional attitude / behaviour with every customer interaction

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements

  • Excellent telephony call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing
  • Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to make personal connections with prospects
  • Good listening and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
