Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Female Aesthetic Nurse with a PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) holder to join our dynamic medical center. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering a wide range of aesthetic services.

Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Assessment:

Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns, medical history, and expectations.
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Aesthetic Procedures:

Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and microneedling.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Educate patients on pre-and post-procedure care instructions and potential side effects.

IV Therapy:

Administer intravenous therapies including hydration, vitamin infusions, and other specialized treatments as required.
Monitor patient responses to IV therapies and adjust treatments accordingly.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and best practices in aesthetic nursing.

Patient Education and Support:

Provide clear explanations of procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
Offer ongoing support and follow-up care to patients to ensure satisfaction and optimal results.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic medicine, and best practices through continuous education and training.
