We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic File Processing Officer to join the department of Processing. If you have proficient skills using a variety of computer packages and a high attention to details, we encourage you to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Effective Verbal & Written communication skills to facilitate effective liaison with all level of staff & clients respectively.

2. Manage & contacted customers in regard to the account.

3. Assisted customers with questions or concerns while processing their files.

4. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

6. Ability to work effectively & efficiently.

7. Excellent ability to interpret all customer data into useful information & processed them accordingly as per prescribed format.

8. Assist with other processing or other tasks as needed/assigned.

9. Scheduled & coordinated the daily workloads.

10. Transferred all information to different Computer software.
