Job Description
We are currently looking for Retail Inventory Controller to manage inventory for retail chain stores.
Our ideal candidate must have proven experience track record on the same profile for min 5 years and must have worked with reputed companies having min 10-20 stores.
Job Responsibilities
• Good data analysis and logical thinking ability, sensitive to data
• Stable temperament, careful and conscientious work, and strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and team spirit.
• More than 5 year experience in fast fashion or retail
• Experience in inventory handling
• Statistical analysis of best-selling commodity sales ranking, forecast the trend of commodity sales, determine the supply and demand of commodities, responsible for issuing daily commodity replenishment orders, commodity plans, commodity arrangements and follow-up.
• Responsible for the establishment and improvement of basic commodity information
• Analyze the sales data and inventory data, control and optimize the inventory structure, and rationally allocate the company's commodity resources.
• Responsible for day to day inventory analysis. Draw up the inventory digestion plan and complete the best inventory control
• Transfer between stores based on ageing and fast movers and create transfer plans to move inventory
• Replenishment from warehouse to stores
• organize stock take
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 year of related experience
• Proficient with computers and other standard office technology specially Excel, vlookup, pivots, analyze 100,000 line data etc
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
