- Ability to aggregate data from multiple sources and filter based on set criteria
- Collect data and analyze for selling patterns and trends
- Pull daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, analyze business, and identify areas of opportunity
- Present weekly marketplace sales analysis
- Drive sales on marketplaces through creating promotions and events
- Help manage all strategies within marketplace, including but not limited to the following:
- Conduct weekly calls with each marketplace to review performance and make recommendations for future promotions
- Work cross functionally with planning and merchandising to execute pricing and product strategies
- Manage, track, and report on promotional performance; adjust style offering in real time based on success of the program or needs of the business
- Maintain promotional calendar for marketplaces
- Stay current on latest marketplace trends and competitive landscape within channel, identify opportunities to enhance and/or grow Nolin BPO’s marketplace business
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships both with internal and external stakeholders including marketing, planning, merchandising, and IT
- Maintain and improve seller rating on marketplaces by partnering closely with operations to ensure we are hitting shipping SLAs
- Support marketplace manager in expanding marketplaces and growing channel
