Job Responsibilities:

Must have Expertise in MS Excel.
Collaborate with supervisors and operators to gather necessary information.
Organize and maintain physical records according to data management policies.
Daily entries of online sales, invoice creation and return entries.
Shops dispatch entries in the system.
Inventory Reconciliation.
Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry.
Stay informed about the latest developments in data entry methods for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Must have hands-on experience in a recognized ERP.

Data Entry Skills: Accurate and fast data entry skills are crucial for managing affiliate information.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with affiliates, partners, and internal teams.

Excel Skills: Awareness of marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies to stay competitive.

Hunting Sale Targets: Some sales skills can be beneficial for recruiting new affiliates and promoting the program.

Organizational & Time Management Skills: Good organizational skills to manage and categorize affiliate data effectively. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas of improvement.

Having Basic Skills: of Microsoft Office and Adobe PhotoShop.
