nullBrainer is Urgently looking for up to a 1 year experienced CAD engineer for developing floor plans and BIM models as per requirements.

Requirements:

BE Civil Engineering, DAE Civil Engineering or equivalent in the related subject
Must be totally proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD (City and guilds level 3 at least)
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, G-suite.
Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
The ability to read architectural drawings would be a major advantage but not essential.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential

Proven ability to problem solves and resolve coordination issues.

Responsibilities:

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawings
Liaise with BIM Manager and Project Manager for instructions.
Produce Images, Drawings as required by Project Manager
BIM modeling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD
Production of as-built drawings and model
Production of Asset Information Model
Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
Space planning/floor layout designing using AutoCAD/Revit, as per company standards.
Coordination and maintenance of project drawing data.
