Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a "Mechanical Engineer", who will be responsible for managing all mechanical aspects of our operations. This role involves conducting in-house mechanical evaluations, ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of machinery, and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any mechanical faults or failures promptly.
Oversee the repair and replacement of defective parts to maintain operational efficiency.
Identify and evaluate external vendors for mechanical services and components.
Collaborate with vendors to source spare parts, machinery, or specialized services as needed.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and operations management.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
