We're seeking a skilled Pharmacist in our new product development department. Your role will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with teams to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities:

New Product Development Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pharmaceutical expertise in the development of new products.
Review and analyse product formulations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Contribute to the design and implementation of stability studies for new products.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure all new products comply with industry standards.
Work closely with regulatory affairs to facilitate product registrations and approvals.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including batch records and technical reports, for all stages of product development.
Generate periodic reports on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the plan.

Collaboration:

Engage with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical considerations into the product development process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a new product development role.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
