Product Manager

We are looking for a skilled and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Product Manager." The primary responsibilities include formulating strategies aligned with organizational objectives and driving innovation in product development.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product development and launch.
Create and manage product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Analyze market data, user feedback, and metrics to assess product performance and areas for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product launches, updates, and promotions.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinking and a proven track record of driving results in the pharmaceutical industry.
