Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process. As an Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of products from sourcing to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the supply chain operations to ensure a seamless and efficient process from procurement to delivery.
Oversee import-related duties, including compliance with import regulations, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities to facilitate the smooth importation.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing, striving for cost-effectiveness and maintaining strong and productive supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, aligning with demand while minimizing holding costs.
Act as a central point of coordination between production, logistics, and warehouse teams, ensuring timely and accurate product shipments and deliveries.
Fostering strong supplier relationships ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services.

Requirements:

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and nurture supplier relationships.
Proficiency in inventory management principles and techniques.
Competence in using supply chain software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance.
Sound knowledge of Import and logistics.
