We are looking for a Chef who has experience in making pastries, ice-creams, shakes and cakes etc. of various flavours. Your skill in making high quality desserts and bakery items should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Pastries, icecream, cakes, shakes and other bakery products.
- Chef will be responsible for producing goods like pastries, ice-creams, desserts, and other sweets by following traditional and modern recipes.
- Chef should know about different gelato and ice-cream recipes to provide a variety of desserts in the menu
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques and nutrition
