Oak Street Technologies is seeking to hire a skilled software developer to help with the development of our current and new projects. One who can lead the team of software engineers, and coordinate with solution/software architect to implement the best software practices within the team. Duties will include but are not limited to developing, and leading software system validation and testing methods, as well as leading our software programming initiatives.

Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities:

Developing and leading software system validation and testing methods.
Must be able to review code concerning code optimization.
Overseeing the development of technical documentation.
Managing the software development lifecycle in sprint structure.
Monitoring system performance and taking necessary measures to improve the performance.
Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among the team.
Review the requirement document and give feedback from a technical perspective.
Testing software and fixing bugs with the team.
Responsible for getting work done on time from the team.

Lead Software Engineer Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Hands-on programming experience with .Net Core .Net, Angular, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery & React JS.
Hands-on experience with microservices and web API’s.
Strong hands-on experience required in Database (MS SQL) for this job as you will be responsible for writing different scripts being used in software products.
Strong Knowledge of (PostgreSQL & MySQL) database would be a plus.
Hands-on deployment experience on AWS would be a plus.
Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing the software development life cycle using agile methodology.
Strong team-building skills are required and one must know how to serve as a leader to a team.
