Development of Distributors in designated area.
Development / Hiring / Training of Sales Team.
Ensuring offtake, deliveries and payments from the market in order to facilitate distributor operations in designated territory.
Analyzing sales performance of each salesperson & managing sales staff to ensure effective shelf movement in retail market and at distributor’s end
Working with team on requirements of promotional materials at POS and and making appropriate merchandising arrangements.

Team Management

Experience: 3 years working experience in a similar position at any FMCG is a must. Beverage Experience will be preferred.

Salary: Upto 150,000/- + Incentive + Expense
