We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell grocery items. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from provided leads/lists
Introduce and promote a range of grocery products
Clearly explain product benefits, prices, and special offers
Handle customer queries and objections with confidence and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines as needed
Collaborate with team members and report to the sales supervisor/manager
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in clear and fluent English
Previous experience in outbound sales or call centre roles preferred
Confidence in speaking with a wide range of customers
Sales-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
Reliable and punctual with good time-management skills
