Social Media Officer

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Handler to manage our company’s social media presence across multiple platforms and portray herself as the Brand Ambassador of the Products/Services assigned to her. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media ROI.
Respond to customer queries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
Run and monitor paid social media campaigns.
Manage influencer outreach and partnerships if required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
Ability to create own Video Content regarding Products/Services provided.
Strong personality and confidence to Face the Camera to record Introductory Videos of the Products/Services.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and advertising.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is a plus.
