  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs & competition
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Monitor operational management as per the principal requirement.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with all Carriers.
  • To retain old customers.
  • To achieve assigned KPIs/Targets
  • To provide weekly sales activity report.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
