We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Odoo to join our team at Affinity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering tailored IT solutions by analyzing technical and business requirements, designing system architecture, and implementing software to meet diverse organizational needs. This position involves developing and customizing enterprise applications, integrating third-party systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Additionally, the consultant will maintain security compliance, provide technical support, and conduct training sessions for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and business requirements to design effective IT solutions.
- Develop, configure, and customize enterprise software, primarily focusing on Odoo ERP and CRM systems.
- Integrate third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Optimize databases, scripts, and overall software performance for enhanced efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users and IT teams.
- Ensure system security, compliance with relevant standards, and manage associated risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with evolving business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates may be considered for internship opportunities.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementation.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Odoo is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Additional certifications in Odoo or SAP will be considered a plus.
- Competitive full-time salary ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 120,000 per month.
