We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with at least two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to enhance business processes across multiple industries. This role requires a technically skilled problem-solver who can build, optimize, and maintain scalable Odoo solutions while ensuring smooth integration with third-party applications. Collaboration with business teams to translate their requirements into effective Odoo functionalities is a key part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules that align with specific business needs. Optimize database structures and write efficient, reusable code to maintain high performance. Debug and troubleshoot existing Odoo applications, implementing timely fixes. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows within the Odoo platform to support business operations.
Integration & API Management:
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, payment gateways, and external APIs. Implement and manage Odoo web services, including RESTful APIs and XML-RPC. Ensure smooth data migration and synchronization between Odoo and external systems to maintain data consistency.
System Optimization & Maintenance:
Enhance overall Odoo performance by fine-tuning database queries and caching strategies. Monitor server health and security, applying necessary patches to maintain system integrity. Maintain detailed documentation covering code changes, system configurations, and workflow processes.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Odoo solutions. Provide technical support by troubleshooting user issues and conducting training sessions to empower stakeholders in using Odoo functionalities effectively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Odoo development, customization, and deployment, with a minimum of two years in the role. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (including the OWL framework), XML, and PostgreSQL is essential. Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module development processes. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and payment gateway implementations. Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control, and Docker is a plus. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. Candidates should be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate, with an employer-provided relocation package available for the right candidate.
