We are looking for young, talented, well-spoken person for our Customer support department.
Candidate must have at least 1 year hand on experience on any business applications, preference would be given to those candidates having good knowledge of accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend customer calls, prioritizes and responds to customer issues by phone, email and remote support tools.
- Clearly understand and try to resolves common issues at his own
- Communicate to higher technical team for solution of unresolved cases or development as needed.
- Utilizes product knowledge to describe functions, features and details to customers over the phone.
- Ready to visit anytime client premises within city for trainings or better understanding of customer issues.
- Performs other administrative duties and special projects associated with Customer and Technical support.
