- We're looking for experienced individuals for managing our eBay stores.
- Minimum education: Bachelors (with related experience)
- Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering customers using our third-party tools
- Handling return requests and cases of our stores
- May require calling eBay customer service from time to time
- Handling Purchase issues
- Assisting the department manager in related activities as and when required
Other Requirements
- Must have prior experience of using eBay (minimum 1 year).
- Must be hard-working, loyal and willing to work long-term for us.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency is a must
- Must have their own laptops
- 8 hours a day / 6 days a week. (day/evening shift)
