Job role: Communications and Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of online marketing materials
Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
Work closely with product and data departments to implement and measure new engagement strategies
Write copy for communication, engagement and marketing strategies
Help users use our services efficiently. Identify and remove roadblocks in user journey
Test differemment communication, engagement and marketing strategies and improve performance of these strategies
Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
Define, measure, report and improve key performance indicators for each communications channel
Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand
Write and deliver internal/external newsletter on a monthly basis

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A minimum of Fresh to 3 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
