1. Assist in hiring process.
2. Maintain record of employee's personal file.
3. Provide required information to payroll.
4. Issue letter to employee (Contract extension, increment, etc.)
5. Deal with insurance Company for medical facility of employees.
6. Coordinate with Concerned Line Manager on completion of probation period of employee.
7. Maintain leave record of employee.
8. Purchase stationery, kitchen material etc. on weekly basis.
