Senior Accounts And Finance Officer Job Posting
Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
Handle invoice processing, expense tracking, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting software.
Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Contribute to budget creation and financial forecasting.
Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Develop and execute effective audit programs.
Spot financial inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures.
Report on audit findings and propose enhancements to policies and procedures.
Set up and maintain accounting systems.
Oversee the general ledger's master data.
Authorize and process online banking transactions.
Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns and maintain full tax compliance.
Draft the annual expense budget.

Qualifications: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 3-4 years of experience in finance.
