Job Purpose: A professional responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

Planning and designing employee’s recruitment & selection process
Gathering CV’s through different platforms including rozee.pk, LinkedIn, referrals on daily basis.
Screening applicants for available positions.
Conduct telephonic interviews.
Scheduling of interviews both initial and final
Tagging of files.
Maintain files of all applicants that are interviewed and are to be interviewed.
Coordinate with the external vendors for on time and complete background verification of all new joining employees.
Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Managing the onboarding experience.
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Ability to work in a critical environment.
Exceptional active listening skills.
Hands-on experience in industry specific recruitment.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
