We at One Network Private Limited are seeking Female M-Tag Operator for our Motorway Project at Hyderabad Toll Plaza. The M-Tag Operator is responsible for maintaining records of available M-Tags, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

One Network Private Limited is changing the Toll Collection system and is moving towards the concept of Smart Motorways. M-Tag ensures transparent and hassle-free toll collection with very low operation and maintenance costs. For this purpose, we are hiring Female M-Tag Operator who is expected to be presentable and possess customer handling, complaint handling, and good communication skills.

Job Expectations:

1. Proficient in using IT equipment.

2. Hands-on experience on MS Office.

3. Willing to support customers in recharging M-Tag Registration.

4. Should have problem solving, effective listening, and good communication skills.

Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to maintain a record of available M-Tags.

2. Responsible for timely activation

3. Responsible for delivery of M-Tags.

4. Responsible to log the faulty M-Tags.

Job Requirement:

B. Com, B.A, M.Com.
