CSR/M-Tag Operator is responsible for M-Tag Recharge, registration and maintaining record and dealing with commuters directly.

Job Responsibility:

Customer Handling related to M-Tag Operations.
Make sure that the premises are neat and clean.
Registration of New M-Tag and recharge according to the required protocol.
Maintain record of recharge and registration in the register
Make a summary of his shift and share it with the Supervisor
Cash hand over to TOC/cashier after signing receipt
Responsible for maintaining a record of available New M Tag Registration.
Responsible for timely activation.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customers about the M Tag availability and its features.
Work with the internal department to meet customer needs.
Supervision of Training new Employees regarding M Tag.
Responsible for Cash
Provide excellent communication, so that any doubt of commuters can be cleared regarding M Tag.
Guide customers regarding M-Tag information/ issues
