Role Overview:
The Product Manager is a member of the Product Team responsible for supporting the product roadmap for the next generation business management platform for health and wellness businesses.
The Product Manager role is a dynamic position within the Product team, supporting the initiatives around Customer inquiries and reported issues process. In addition, the Product manager will document the product requirements and work with UX/UI designers and Technical developers on reported issues or improvement requirements. Their position is a key resource in the Product Team, working with technical writers for training, knowledge base, and the Community Forum.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a product manager role
• University Degree Computer Science, Business, or related areas
• Proven expertise leading a product team and growing revenue
• Technical knowledge in software development
• Experience developing B2B technologies, and/or SaaS products
• Strong analytic background in a product capacity, requires
• Proven performance working in an agile environment
• Experience managing conflicting priorities
• Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, UI/UX best practices
• Make data-driven decisions and ask, “What value does this change have on the users of our product?”
• Initiative to learn, develop new skills, and work as a lead member of a team
• Needs to be an independent self-starter and have the ability to prioritize workload
• Proficient skills utilizing Microsoft Office products or Google documents
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a team in a virtual or office environment
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Shape the product roadmap and work with the UX/UI Designers, Customer Service, Onboarding, Sales and development teams to ideate, collaborate and innovate new software features
• Focus on the growth and development of the platform
• Drive product innovation through the contribution of new approaches and ideas
• Play a huge role in shaping the technology, growth and overall experience of the platform
• Ensure that the developed solutions are well aligned with company strategy
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow competitors and the industry to adapt to the trends
• Translate business needs into user interfaces and flows to build a world-class software solution for the health and wellness industry
• Manage all support tickets for assigned Product features or functionality
• escalate critical bugs and feature requests
• Participate in daily CRB meetings and Manage meeting upon request
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Prepare requirement documents as assigned
• Responsible for assigned Community Forum feature requests & responses
• Complete Document Review tasks as assigned
• Test and attempt to replicate issues to determine the outcome for key system inconsistent behaviors.
