We are looking for a well-spoken Female Marketing Executive to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information and feedback.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.
You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Experience: Real Estate/Call center (1 year plus) Salary:Market based (depends on profile) plus commission

Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

The ideal candidates must possess:

Exceptional Communication Skills
Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power -Background in Real estate industry or call center
Sales driven aptitude and excellent work ethic.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs particularly Excel andWord
Proactive Attitude time management

Job Duties include

Initiate Cold calls to arrange prospect for the business.
Initiate calls to the potential customers and maintain follow up on daily basis.
Introduce Projects to potential prospects over the calls
Build a relationship by responding to client’s technical queries
Work as a team to achieve sales performance targets.
Maintain database of generated leads and sales pipeline
