We’re looking for an adaptable person, who understands how to provide excellent customer service with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivering excellent customer service and acting as an ambassador for the company, by ensuring a supportive customer experience that reflects the company’s brand and vision.
Providing customer support via chat, email, or social media channels such as Facebook or Instagram
Research product details or company policies to answer questions
Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
Ensuring high levels of customer service
Liaising with other departments to meet customer demands
Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases
Contacting eBay and Amazon customer service to optimize account health by dealing with account defects, late delivery rates and negative feedback

Job Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for a demanding customer base
Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Proficient computer skills
Good typing speed
English Fluency
Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or in a similar role
