- Strive for zero accidents.
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

- Lead Maintenance Team to drive initiatives and minimize downtime.
- Measuring the performance of mechanical components installed on the machine to maintain life cycle plan.
- Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
- Lead and manage facility maintenance activities.
- Excellent technical skills, problem solving, analytical and creative skills.
- Responsible for procurement of mechanical equipments and manage safe level of critical inventories.
- Designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
- Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs and applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
- Manage Capital Expense (CAPEX) and Operations Expense (OPEX) planning and controlling in coordination with Line Manager.
- Responsible to ensure zero downtime of machines and perform Root Cause Analysis of the problems.
- Prepare equipment maintenance history for smooth operations and to improve existing facilities.
- Participates in the development of quality work plans in liaison with planner.
- Strong follow ups of the ongoing projects with the maintenance team and vendors to meet the project requirements.
- Any task given by Line Manager.
Required Education:
B-Tech Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical.
