- Assist in managing various marketing activities and communication plans (brand management, traditional and digital media, activation, PR, market/consumer research, etc.)
- Manage the presence and visibility of the complete portfolio across different digital platforms
- Responsible for relevant content creation and deployment on key digital platforms with the help of digital agencies
- Supervise eCommerce activities on own websites and key retailers
- Run regular campaign-specific reporting, analyze the performance data and make recommendations for the key digital platforms
- Provide input into the development of the annual marketing plan and brand strategies
- Assist in consumer promotions in coordination with the relative departments (production, purchasing, planning)
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing of sales results of the brand's products to determine business opportunities for the brand
- Assist in product and packaging development processes
- Assist in managing consumer research studies, reviewing the findings and market trends
- Manage business partnerships with creative, media, and digital BTL and research agencies
- Use tools to understand trade conditions and get consumer insights
- Assist in marketing-related activities for export markets
- Ensure the confidentiality of marketing-related matters
- Effective use of marketing budget
- Respect the company’s policies and procedures and instructions issued from time to time
- Respect occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and instructions
