Thank you for your interest in joining OnyxTec. We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to support our reception and Administration Department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The perfect candidate will excel at handling front desk responsibilities, managing schedules, and performing in-depth research to support decision-making.

This is a full time onsite position.

  • Offer a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors, projecting a positive image of the company.
  • Maintain and update records of visitors, appointment schedules, and calls, and provide security access when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area and handle administrative tasks, including filing, preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and managing correspondence and phone calls.
  • Provide information to visitors, clients, or candidates about the organization and its products or services.
  • Assist with managing internal/external events and conference logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Support the Admin head wherever necessary to ensure smooth functioning of company operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable and open to change as business needs evolve.
  • Strong command of Google Workspace and Google Calendar.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
