We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant, who has good command over QuickBooks, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing regular financial reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions and records using QuickBooks software.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and file taxes in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Monitor and analyze financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in costing, budget planning and forecasting.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. (Preferably Masters)
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks software.
- Expert at Microsoft Excel.
- Reasonable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
