Office Manager Finance / Admin

Ornate Solutions PVT (limited) is looking for an Office Manager to be an integral member of our rapidly-growing team in Multan. YOUR ROLE

In this role, you ensure the smooth running of the office and act as a go-to person.You will assist the exec team, coordinate office arrangements for the team, and maintain the supply levels if required.You will facilitate the internal communications and maintain filing systems both paper and electronic.You will support the full HR process incl. recruitment and manage projects such as sourcing and organizing a new office space.You will be required to maintin content on the given project websites (ornatetv.com, ornatesol.com, hostsroot.com, mstylo.com)

YOUR PROFILE

2+ years of experience in a similar role (office management, PA or similar), preferably with a degree or apprenticeship in hospitality management or business.Excellent English writing and speaking skills; other language skills a plus.Efficient with MS Office and OneDrive.Team player with organizational talent, a structured and service-oriented working style and the ability to interface with engineering and technical teams.Interested in the world of music technology and consumer electronics.Experience in HR is a plus.
