We are a US based technology company looking for a talented front-end developer with a WordPress background to join our international team.

Areas of Competence and Understanding:
- Experience developing responsive websites on WordPress, especially in a multisite environment
- Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of PHP
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
- Experience with source control tools like Git
- Desire to learn new languages, platforms and skills
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in WordPress
- Strong communication skills (both in person and in writing)
- Has some experience working with REST APIs using AJAX and JSON
- Solid understanding of MySQL
- Firm grasp on modern best practices for analytics, SEO, user experience and online marketing strategies
Nice to Have:
- Experience with and enthusiasm for one or more of the following JavaScript frameworks: Vue, React, Angular
- Experience with Node.js, SASS (and/or LESS) and/or jQuery
