We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in selling company’s IT services that customers rely on, with a focus on lead generation, relationship building, and signing up sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present IT offerings in a compelling and professional manner. You’ll frequently represent the company at networking events, one-to-one client meetings and for cold calls.

Objectives of the Role

  • Represent the company’s IT services portfolio through deep product knowledge and market understanding.
  • Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate new leads and build lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Utilize data analysis to create and refine territory action plans and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure top-tier service and identify upselling opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through cold calls, appointments, and presentations.
  • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and confidently address objections.
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Follow a structured selling process from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals and maintain high standards.
  • Daily and weekly activities reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT industry
  • Very Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management software.
  • Professional, persuasive, and goal-oriented demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Through an understanding of IT industry and IT services
