The successful Backend Developer will have the following experience:

• Development experience with C# and .Net

• Experience working with Rest APIs using Asp.Net Web API

• Agile Experience

• Good understanding of Azure platform

Key skills

• 4+ years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining front end and back end applications with C# and

• demonstrable experience in handling large datasets

• Has created proprietary code libraries (with documentation) to be used by other developers

• Uses version control and manages their code base appropriately

• Has both supported their own solutions post go-live and offloaded support to a third-party

• Hands-on experience developing scalable cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Experience working with Elastic Stack best practices

• Knowledge in creating advanced queries using Elastic search API

Technical experience:

• 2+ Years' experience working in a rapidly scaling , 'start up style' environment

• Strong and demonstrable production code

• Ideally in aviation, travel, transport etc

• Technical Skills

• Must have strong experience with Microsoft .NET 4+ C# technologies and above

• Using existing class libraries to implement custom behaviour, data flow

• Database access, to MSSQL to read write via stored procedures/TSQL

• Using and creating WCF SOAP and REST WCF APIs

• Using MVC for Views, Controllers, Data-layers

Altering ASPX webforms to make minor page changes and Ability to debug and investigate .NET code solutions

• Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code and libraries

• Must have experience with Microsoft MS SQL technologies 2012/14, specifically:

• Writing efficient, performance TSQL queries against SQL tables, views and writing stored procedures and functions and to debug and investigate SQL code solutions

• Must have experience with Web Design/Scripting Languages:

• Writing HTML and CSS, JQuery and React to create new product modules
