ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounting and financial reporting

Preparation of vouchers and journals
Preparation of financial statements and working papers for audit of Company and PF accounts
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements of Company and PF accounts

Cash management

Manage petty cash tilt of the Company
Corresponding with the Company and PF bank as and when required
Entering contracts in the database and notifying expires to concerned personnel
Preparation, forecasting and monitoring of cash position of the Company

Payroll management

Preparation and processing of payroll
Preparation and circulation of payslips to all employees

Commercial

Invoice generation and payment follow-ups from clients
Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
Analyze pricing and client usage data and generate reports as and when required
Compilation of product prices and negotiate contract terms with clients

Taxation and corporate affairs

Filing of Monthly and Annual Tax Statements / Returns, depositing of Withholding Tax with Tax Authorities in accordance with Taxation Requirements/Laws
Filing and maintaining Corporate Returns/Forms, all other corporate records
Preparation of monthly variance analysis reports

General

Maintain the Finance Department’s filing system
Perform any other task assigned
