PMD is looking for a Technical Support Officer, working in Morning, Noon, Evening and Night eight (08) hourly shifts as per the 5 days a week duty roster, for providing front end response to Cellular Mobile Operators and other Clients, monitoring and first level maintenance of PMD’s Technology Infrastructure and performing services testing.

4 years degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent

Required Skills:

a) Essential

Sound Knowledge of Networks, Databases and Operating Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

b) Additional

Hands-on knowledge of working in Linux based environment.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Skills
Hands-on experience of Java, Java Scripting, Oracle SQL and MySQL/MariaDB SQL
