We are a Poultry Breeding Comapany requiring services of experienced accounts officer at our Head Office in Rawalpindi.

Significant portion of Job responsibility consists of Posting in ERP Software. Candidates with Previous Accounts Posting experience and good typing speed and accuracy will be given preference.

Job Description:

Review and verify invoice/expenses with appropriate documentation.
Maintain relevent files and supporting documentation thoroughly and accurately
Get Approval and Post related transactions In ERP Software
Assist in Reconciling Party Balance.
Assist in Preparing analysis of related accounts & making reports to management
Interact with Suboffice and Farm/ Hatchery Personal daily for routine work as well as to resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with month/Year end closing/reconciliations based on general accounting procedures
Provide all supporting documentation for audits
