Program Background Summary: The USAID-funded Pakistan Reading Project (PRP), implemented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as prime agency and its partners (Creative Associates International, World Learning, and Institute of Rural Management), is a seven-year project with the objective to support the provincial and regional departments of education (DoE) throughout Pakistan to improve reading skills of children in grades one and two. The project aims to achieve this goal through three distinct but interrelated components that work in synergy to affect the quality of early grade education: improved classroom learning environment for reading, improved policies and systems for reading, and community based support for reading in Pakistan.
Job Overview/Summary
The Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Chief of Party - Operations to ensure compliance of IRC’s and its implementing partners work with USAID Rules and Regulations, cooperative agreement requirement., GAAP and IRC/PRP partners internal policies/procedures in following areas/departments;
This position requires intensive field visits of partners & provincial offices on regular basis with at least 50% time spent in travel status.

Job Requirements:
· Education: CA finalist/ACCA Member or Affiliate/MBA. Complete Article ship with audit firm required.
· Work Experience: 5 years of preferable experience in auditing for/in INGO’s including articleship
