• Provide assistance to develop, implement, and maintain project management processes / framework / methodologies.
  • Administration & maintenance of centralized management structure for all project management functions.
  • Administration & maintenance of all project plans/schedules from all departments (Dev, Ops/NW, HR, Admin & Accounts) including all locations across organization.
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Team in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project.
  • Ensure governance, consistency, quality and transparency against all projects.
  • Participate to write/review and approve project proposals, project cost estimation, scheduling, project staffing, software process tailoring, project monitoring and control of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Gather the relevant project data and produce reports for management / stakeholders.
  • Provide relevant and accurate information to support effective decision-making.
  • Maintain knowledge sharing, lesson learned and best practices against projects.
  • Provide assistance in creating a common set of principles, practices, and templates for managing various projects.
  • Conduct project audits/pre-mortem and post-mortem of projects.
  • Track and analyze project performance and PMO effectiveness.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks (R), Assumptions (A), Issues (I), and Dependencies (D)) of projects.
  • Maintain effective stakeholders (internal & external) management.

Qualifications:

  • Expert level program/project management and business analysis skills and proficiencies in related methodologies, with a minimum of years successfully managing IT projects.
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / advanced degree relevant to Management Information Systems, Systems Development, or Project Management (or equivalent alternative).
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure; adept at moving executive and senior management to action.
  • Experience managing projects using agile and waterfall Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities while proactively communicating status and issues to stakeholders.
  • Professional Certification like PMP, CAPM, ACP, CSM, Prince2, PPM, MPM, APM, CPMP, PMC, ITIL.
  • Passion to mentor staff, and demonstrated ability to inspire and create a high-performance culture.
  • Experience providing regular reports on achievements and metrics related to performance.
