The position is responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed. ... Making sure that your showroom meets sales targets. Running promotions. Managing stock levels.

1.Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

2.Directs customers by escorting them to display areas; suggesting items.

3.Advises customers by providing information on products.

4.Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

5.Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.

6.Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing execution of goods by coordinating with warehouse team.

7.Cross sells & up-sells products.

8.Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed e.g., displays as per available stock, Stays up-to-date with new products/services and provides customer feedback to the Line Manager.
