General Description of Tasks:

Review and develop appropriate formats, data collection tools and systems for monitoring, evaluation in the project to make functional and action-oriented MEAL system.
Conduct baseline and endline surveys in supervision of MEAL manager and UNWOMEN.
Carry out field monitoring visits and Sharing of findings with MEAL manager to support management in taking informed decisions.
Continue Follow up the MEAL plan to ensure that efficiency and quality is maintained.
Ensure that monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and program implementation data is collected and entered in the data management system on a regular basis.
Validate the data management system for completeness, correctness and consistency
provide needful support to program teams to track progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators .
Represent MEAL during program review meetings and other events to share MEAL updates and/or making presentations if required.
Promote accountability and ensure compliance with PVDP policies and Accountability
Ensure the complaint and response mechanism (CRM) is in place as per PVDP and IRC ploicies and keep record of all complaints and rersponses.
Maintain proper filing system of monitoring and data related documents in hard as well as in soft.
Coordinate with program team in documenting lessons learnt and best practises from program implementation, monitoring, evaluation.
Document, finalize and share Case Studies, Human Interest Stories and Most Significant Change Stories.
Assist the project evaluation exercises in collaboration with donor and head office MEAL manager.
Carry out other such tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

PVDP is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-for-profit Organization established in 1999 with the aim to promote building of a just civil society by harnessing the creative energies of poor and underprivileged. PVDP is registered under societies Act 1860 (Registration No: 3226/5/2813). PVDP has successfully implemented a number of projects in the field of drinking Water supply, Sanitation, Primary & Reproductive Health, Education. Agriculture Promotion, HIV/AIDS awareness and Vocational Skills Development etc. Our Objectives: Support and develop replicable models and strategies for sustainable development based on community participation and local resource mobilization. Support initiatives for sustainable community based, gender sensitive development with particular focus on; Drinking Water Supply, Environmental sanitation, Education, Agriculture, Health & Nutrition, and Micro credit & Enterprise. Encourage, build and strengthen the technical and management capacity of development organizations (CBOs, NGOs and Government Line departments) to ensure sustainability of development initiatives. Create linkages between different stakeholders including development organizations (Private & Public) for sustainable development. PVDP Areas of Expertise: - Quality Education and increased enrolment - Life Skills Based Education - Non-Formal Education - Construction of Schools including Transitional Schools - HIV&AIDS - Maternal and Child Health Care - Child Protection - Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction - Livelihood and Livestock - Gender Based Violence - Water and Sanitation - Vocational Skills PVDP as a Resource NGO: We are known as a Resource Organization in Human and Institutional Development, Life Skills Based Education, HIV/AIDS and hence providing services to various organizations at the National level. PVDP Geographic Focus: PVDP have undertaken several sustainable developmental projects in its program areas within the Rural and Urban Pakistani communities and Afghan Refugee Camps. The Geographical areas of interventions include Northern Districts with hilly terrain, the plains of southern Districts and the more fertile areas of central districts. PVDP feels proud about their qualitative achievements in collaboration with different partners. PVDP sectorial Programmatic interventions are implemented in the central, southern and northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, FATA, PATA, PANA and AJK.
