Develop and compile details village profile with reference to GBV and Sexual and Reproductive health.
Identify and secure the most visible community leaders, partners, opinion makers, gate keepers, boasters, barriers, traditional leaders, elected councilors, dynamic & trustworthy religious leaders and village activists for help voluntarily in directive of community mobilization and demands generation.
Conduct Social Assessment to identify gaps in individuals GBV and SRH knowledge, attitude and practices, explore most common GBV/SRH issues, identify needs, problems and priorities including the underlying causes and to find most appropriate communal solutions & collective efforts.
Identify individual activists (Men, Women, Boys and Girls) at village level to form and strengthen village/community groups, developed action plans and ensure its implementations.
Initiate reflection and create dialogue on life-threatening problems in community related to GBV and SRH issues.
Ensure close coordination and develop liaison with inter-sectoral coordination with integrated approach, built alliances among community organiation, health comittees/health outlets, CSOs groups, support facility in-charge, assigned to review tasks to LHVs, LHSsLHWs and link village level alliances with the SGs and facility in-charge.
Ensure organization and implementation of capacity building trainings, refreshers and events (workshops, seminars, conferences) of mass community education and disseminate IEC materials.
Support Sr. WPE Officer and WGSS supervisor in Identification of suitable and safe place for establishment of WGSS.
Ensure work plan for out reach team are developed and implemented. Ensure that data, success stories, community feed back on reqular basis is collected, updated, documented and corrdinated with Reporing Officer, Meal Officer, Database Assistant for weekly, bia-monthly monthly and quarterly reports
Any other task, as and when assigned by the supervisor.

PVDP is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-for-profit Organization established in 1999 with the aim to promote building of a just civil society by harnessing the creative energies of poor and underprivileged. PVDP is registered under societies Act 1860 (Registration No: 3226/5/2813). PVDP has successfully implemented a number of projects in the field of drinking Water supply, Sanitation, Primary & Reproductive Health, Education. Agriculture Promotion, HIV/AIDS awareness and Vocational Skills Development etc. Our Objectives: Support and develop replicable models and strategies for sustainable development based on community participation and local resource mobilization. Support initiatives for sustainable community based, gender sensitive development with particular focus on; Drinking Water Supply, Environmental sanitation, Education, Agriculture, Health & Nutrition, and Micro credit & Enterprise. Encourage, build and strengthen the technical and management capacity of development organizations (CBOs, NGOs and Government Line departments) to ensure sustainability of development initiatives. Create linkages between different stakeholders including development organizations (Private & Public) for sustainable development. PVDP Areas of Expertise: - Quality Education and increased enrolment - Life Skills Based Education - Non-Formal Education - Construction of Schools including Transitional Schools - HIV&AIDS - Maternal and Child Health Care - Child Protection - Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction - Livelihood and Livestock - Gender Based Violence - Water and Sanitation - Vocational Skills PVDP as a Resource NGO: We are known as a Resource Organization in Human and Institutional Development, Life Skills Based Education, HIV/AIDS and hence providing services to various organizations at the National level. PVDP Geographic Focus: PVDP have undertaken several sustainable developmental projects in its program areas within the Rural and Urban Pakistani communities and Afghan Refugee Camps. The Geographical areas of interventions include Northern Districts with hilly terrain, the plains of southern Districts and the more fertile areas of central districts. PVDP feels proud about their qualitative achievements in collaboration with different partners. PVDP sectorial Programmatic interventions are implemented in the central, southern and northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, FATA, PATA, PANA and AJK.
