Job brief

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

His responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions in Software. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Quotation of Sales Enquiries
Preparation of Delivery Challan / Sales Invoices
Preparation of Manual Gate Passes & Attendance
Preparation of Financial Reports & Summaries
Preparation of Bank Deposits and Payments
Enter all financial transactions into Peachtree Software.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Bank Reconciliations
Any other task assigned by management
